This Winter stay warm on your way to work

You can easily catch the chills during travel to and from work, leading to low energy levels and even flu. Stay healthy this winter by staying warm.
  • Wear warm cloths to retain body heat when traveling to work or going back to home.
  • Cover your ears, head, and hands esp. if it is windy.
  • Keep your feet well covered when traveling out.
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Warm your body with some simple stretching exercises before you move out.
